Rebate Forms are available online and at participating dealers. If you’ve already purchased your Qualifying Tires from a participating dealer, you may apply to receive a Pirelli $100 Pirelli Mastercard® Prepaid Card either by downloading the Rebate Form and submitting your qualifying rebate by mail or by submitting your rebate online at pirelli.us/September-2024. The Mastercard® Prepaid Card will be issued as a digital prepaid card unless you specifically opt to receive a
physical prepaid card at the time you submit the Rebate Form
Mastercard Disclaimer: Your payment will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your Prepaid Mastercard. You must claim your card within 3 months from the date these instructions are sent via email. If you do not claim your card within that time frame, a virtual prepaid card will be generated for you, which will be accessible through the original payment email link. Customers who purchase a new set of Pirelli AS PLUS 3 line or WEATHERACTIVE™ tires (*) as described below and complete the mail-in or online rebate form, will be eligible to receive a $100 Pirelli Mastercard® Prepaid Card (the “Card”). Offer valid on Qualifying Tires purchased from participating dealers between September 1st, 2024 and September 30th, 2024. Offer valid only for legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years or older and are individual consumers. Not redeemable for cash. Rebates will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be postmarked (if mailed) or submitted online by October 30th, 2024 11:59 EST. Not valid with other offers. The Card will be a digital prepaid card issued to customer’s provided email address within (4) weeks unless the customer requests a physical card to be mailed at the time of rebate submission. You must claim your digital Card within 3 months from the date activation instructions are sent to you via email. If you do not claim your digital Card within that time frame, a virtual prepaid card will be generated for you, which will be accessible through the original payment email link. Offer void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. If you opt to receive a physical Card, such Card will not be sent to PO boxes except in North Dakota. Allow (8) eight to (10) ten weeks after online submission or mailing for delivery of a physical Card if so requested. Limit one offer per online submission or mailed envelope and two offers per name/household/address. Pirelli reserves the right to confirm identification and request additional proof of purchase (in which case order confirmation or placed order emails will not be accepted) to substantiate claim. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under US Mail fraud statutes (18 USC Sections 1341 and 1342). This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Please retain copies of the materials you submit. All requests become the property of Pirelli and will not be returned.
