The Dart name has a long history with Dodge, originating with a 50s concept car. The Dart was also briefly a fullsize car in the early 60s, then became a very popular "compact" car through the mid 70s. The name was revived in 2013, and the new Dart was a sleek little sedan that was available with engines that ranged from a 2.0L 4cylinder to a 184 horsepower 2.4L turbo 4cylinder that was borrowed from Alfa Romeo models. Although it was a fun car that offered phenomenal gas mileage, FiatChrysler discontinued the Dart in 2016.
